CocoáFair is Africa’s only organic bean-to-bar chocolate factory founded on social entrepreneurship. 

 

Located in the heart of the Old Biscuit Mill in the Woodstock neighborhood of Cape Town, the factory is operational and open to the public six days a week. 

 

While browsing a constantly rotating selection of handmade truffles and gourmet chocolate bars, customers can directly observe the extraordinary transformation of the simple cocoa bean into a high quality finished product; wide glass panels separate the factory side of the shop from the retail area, allowing customers to actually see our small staff of artisan chocolatiers in action.

 

CocoáFair also offers short training courses on chocolate-making as well as regular factory tours and special events such as bridal parties and other celebrations.
