Redeem your Sweet Reward Points

How to redeem your loyalty points:

1. Visit our website COCOAFAIR.com and at the bottom of the page, you can click on the “Loyalty” pop-up button.

2. Go to “Ways to redeem”. You will need to log in, and will be able to view your credit (loyalty points) from here.

3. You can now convert these into a voucher. You do not have to convert, or use, all of your points at once. Use the slider to adjust the amount you would like to redeem.

4. The voucher number will now be generated and can be copied or emailed to you.

Use this number at  “Checkout” when placing your order and your discount will be applied.
