White Chocolate Waffles
This is the third recipe in our edition on exploring how our White Chocolate Blondie Pre-Mix can be used.
For this recipe we went to an all time classic. Waffles!!
We are not going to say much more. Give it a try.
Skill Level : Level 2 (Let's test those whisking skills)
35g egg (whisked to a foam)
1. Whisk egg to a light foam, add to the blondie powder and continue whisking until all lumps are gone.
2. Heat the waffle iron. Spray iron directly with non-stick spay to prevent waffle from sticking. Cook as you would do normally with your other waffle batter recipe.
The waffles will come out slightly softer than usual waffles but will cool to a crispy texture with soft centre.
3. Melt the chocolate pieces in a double boiler and drizzle all over.
