Order Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed on www.cocoafair.com.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled, and our Refund and Returns Policy will apply instead.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at onlinesales@cocoafair.com or +27 21 551 0042. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
Tours & Experiences
Factory tours, tastings, and experience bookings may be rescheduled where possible if you contact us at least 48 hours before the booked date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment fails, where an item is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud or unauthorised use. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
